Then you will become part of our housekeeping team as a Housekeeper / Executive
Housekeeper!
Responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas, offices, and storage rooms
Spot checks of cleaned rooms and check-in control
Support with room cleaning and implementation of individual guest wishes
Control and editing of housekeeping lists with the rooms to be cleaned daily
File and quality control of the magazines, as well as monitoring of the entire laundry cycle
Lost and found administration and documentation
Planning and monitoring of regularly performed tasks
Reporting and coordination of maintenance work in consultation with the hotel management
Close cooperation and coordination with the building services and reception departments.
Carrying out technical checks and preparing repair lists
Purchasing room inventory, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities while adhering to the budget
Invoice checking and approval for the Housekeeping department
Stock management and stocktaking in the Housekeeping department
Induction and supervision of trainees in the Housekeeping department in accordance with the training plan
Your profile
ExperienceYou have initial leadership experience in housekeeping, domestic management, or as a foreman – the hotel industry is your passion.
OrganisationYou also maintain an overview in demanding situations.
CommunicationYou have good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
Positive auraYour friendly manner creates a pleasant atmosphere for the team and our guests.
EngagementYou enjoy rolling up your sleeves and have an eye for detail.
