Processing and checking of supplier invoices
Data capture and preliminary costing by cost centre
Writing outgoing invoices according to specifications
Recording of incoming invoices in the system
Accounts Payable and Bank Transactions
Filing and archiving of accounting documents
Your profile
Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, office clerk)
First experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Desirable: Knowledge of DATEV
Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
Teamwork and a sense of responsibility
