Your personal bathrobe is available to you during your stay at Golfpark Strelasund. It can be found together with the comfort slippers in the wardrobe. Should you be interested in purchasing a bathrobe, we would be happy to order one for you and send it to your home. Prices are available from the hotel reception.

We recommend that our hotel guests book appointments for a spa treatment directly when making their room reservation or upon arrival.

The Golfpark Strelasund offers four public charging stations for electric cars, each with two charging points, available 24 hours a day. Connector type: Type 2 outlet (vehicle coupling); Charging power: AC 3 phase (22 kW). For e-bikes, the Golfpark Strelasund offers free charging facilities. You will need your own cable for use.

You have the option to hire e-bikes for a fee to explore the surroundings. Please contact reception.

Our room rates are per room per night. The price does not include our extensive breakfast buffet.
The room rate includes the use of the SPA StrelaMare with pool and sauna, free parking, internet access in the room, as well as service charges and statutory VAT.

Bringing dogs is only possible by prior arrangement in some hotel rooms and holiday apartments.
A dog basket or dog blanket is required.

Each room has free Wi-Fi access, allowing you to send emails and surf the internet conveniently.
The “Landgasthof Frettwurst” also offers free Wi-Fi access. Please ask our staff for the access code.

Some of our holiday apartments have a fireplace. If you have any questions about our „How to Light a Fire Correctly“ sign, please feel free to contact reception.

Almost all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the wellness hotel, there is an on/off button at the top of the control panel. In the manor house, please use the remote control to switch on the air conditioning.

All rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, which is available for your use free of charge.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please ask our helpful staff at reception for an ashtray. Should you smoke in the room, we will charge a cleaning fee of €150.00.

Over 150 free parking spaces, several of which are accessible for disabled guests, are available free of charge right next to the hotel.

The pool is located in the basement, directly next to the spa reception, and measures 6 x 10 metres, including the counter-current system. A constant temperature of 28°C invites you to relax.

For the secure storage of your valuables, we provide a complimentary safe in each room.

In our spacious wellness area on the lower ground floor of the hotel, a Finnish sauna (90°C), a steam room, and a herbal sauna (60°C) are available for complimentary use by hotel guests. Additionally, a Salionarium can be booked.

You have the option to have small items washed by our team within 48 hours. Please note that we only accept laundry in the provided laundry bag. The cleaning service is subject to a fee. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept clothing made of wool or silk, as we do not have the facilities for handwashing. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any potential damage or discolouration.

To contribute to environmental protection together, we will clean your room every two days as standard. Of course, we are happy to accommodate your wishes: if you require fresh towels, daily cleaning, or would prefer to forgo cleaning altogether, our reception team will be pleased to assist you.
