Arrival

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know.

Baby cot

If you require a baby cot or a children’s bed, please contact reception.

Bathrobe

Your personal bathrobe is available for your use during your stay at Golfpark Strelasund. It is located in the wardrobe together with the spa slippers.

If you are interested in purchasing a bathrobe, we will be happy to order one for you and send it to your home. Prices are available at the hotel reception.

Bicycle Rental

To explore the surrounding area, you have the option to rent e-bikes for a fee. Please contact reception.

Breakfast

Enjoy your vitality breakfast from the buffet at our “Landgasthof Frettwurst,” located opposite the hotel.

Departure

Your room is available to you until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Your holiday apartment / apartment is available to you until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

We kindly ask you to return your room card/key before going to play golf. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the reception.

Dogs

Bringing dogs is only possible in certain hotel rooms and holiday apartments by prior arrangement. A personal dog bed or blanket is required.

E-Charging Stations

Golfpark Strelasund offers four public e-charging stations for electric cars, each with two charging points, available 24 hours a day. Connector type: Type 2 outlet (vehicle coupling); Charging power: AC 3-phase (22 kW).

For e-bikes, Golfpark Strelasund provides free charging facilities.

Hotel prices

Our room rates are per room, per night. The price does not include our extensive breakfast buffet.

The room rate includes use of the SPA StrelaMare with pool and sauna, a free parking space, internet access in the room, service charges, and the statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Luggage

We are happy to store your luggage after check-out until your departure following your golf round. Please contact reception.

Massage

If you would like to book a relaxing massage or another wellness treatment, our reception staff will be happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment.

Mini Fridge

All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, which is available for your use.

Non-Smoking Room

All of our rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please ask our helpful reception staff for an ashtray. If smoking occurs in the room, a cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged.

Internet/Wlan

Each room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, allowing you to conveniently send emails and browse the internet. The “Landgasthof Frettwurst” also offers complimentary Wi-Fi access. Please contact the staff for the access code.

Parking

Over 150 free parking spaces, including several accessible spots, are available directly at the hotel at no charge.

The bill can be settled in cash, by debit card, or by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Pool

The pool is located in the basement, directly next to the spa reception, and measures 6 x 10 meters. A constant temperature of 28°C and a counter-current system invite you to relax and enjoy.

Safe

Do not leave money, documents, or other valuables in your room. Each room is equipped with a safe for the secure storage of such items.

Sauna

In our spacious wellness area in the hotel’s basement, a Finnish sauna (90°C) and a herbal sauna (60°C) are available free of charge for hotel guests. A saltarium is also available upon request for an additional fee.

Spa Treatment Appointments

We recommend that our hotel guests book their spa treatment appointments directly when making their room reservation or upon arrival.
